Requests and scheduling

Submitting a request through the Assistant or by phone is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A visit exists only once our dispatcher confirms it with you. Arrival windows are estimates and can shift with weather, storm volume and job conditions.

Estimates and scope

Prices quoted before an on-site inspection are preliminary. The binding scope is the written line-item scope provided after inspection. If hidden damage is found once tiles, shingles or flashing are lifted, work pauses and you approve any change before it continues.

Materials and matching

We match roofing profile and color as closely as available stock and salvage allow. Exact matches for discontinued tiles or weathered shingles cannot be guaranteed, and visible variation between new and existing materials is normal.

Repairs versus replacement

A repair addresses the identified defect. It does not extend the service life of the rest of the roof, and it is not a guarantee against future leaks elsewhere on the system. Where a roof is at end of life we will say so in writing.

Safety and access

We may decline to access a roof when weather, pitch, structural condition or wildlife makes it unsafe. Clear access to the work area, driveway and any interior areas affected is the property owner's responsibility.
