Process
What happens between your message and a dry roof
No pressure calls, no surprise line items. Every step is documented so you know exactly what was found and what it costs to fix.
- 1
Tell the Assistant what's happening
Describe the leak, stain or storm damage. The Assistant collects the address, access notes and photos, then routes your request to our Palm Beach County dispatcher.
- 2
Scheduling & arrival window
Dispatch confirms a realistic window for your area and sends the technician's name. If we cannot cover the request, you are told directly instead of being left waiting.
- 3
On-site diagnosis
We inspect the roof surface, penetrations and, where accessible, the attic side. You get photos of the actual defect before any work is approved.
- 4
Written scope and price
A line-item scope with materials, access requirements and price. Repair-only options are offered when a full replacement is not warranted.
- 5
Repair and clean-up
Work is completed with matched materials where available, magnets run for stray fasteners, and the site left clean.
- 6
Verification & follow-up
Water testing where practical, after-photos, and a follow-up check after the next significant rainfall.
Honest status, always
If the Assistant or dispatcher cannot confirm a visit, you will be told plainly. We do not display a confirmation for a booking that has not been accepted, and we do not promise arrival windows we cannot cover.
