This site does not host its own contact form or database. When you use the Assistant, the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, service address, description of the problem and any photos — are submitted to our central reception and dispatch system so a technician can be scheduled.

How it is used

• Scheduling, routing and completing your roof repair request
• Contacting you about arrival windows, scope and follow-up
• Keeping a record of work performed at your property

Sharing

Your information is shared with the Dr Handyman Service dispatcher and the technician assigned to your job. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Analytics and cookies

The site may use basic hosting and traffic measurement. The Assistant runs in an embedded window served by our central scheduling platform and may set its own cookies required for that session.

Retention and access

Job records are retained as long as needed for service history, warranty questions and legal or accounting requirements. To ask what we hold about you or request deletion, call (305) 360-0342.
