Roof repair services for Palm Beach County homes

Salt air, summer downpours and hurricane-season wind put specific stress on South Florida roofs. These are the repairs we perform most, and how each one is approached.

Roof Leak Detection & Repair

We trace the water path from the stain back to the entry point — cracked tile, failed boot, open seam or wind-lifted shingle — and repair the source, not just the symptom.

Tile Roof Repairs

Broken, slipped and cracked barrel or flat concrete tile replaced with the closest available match, re-bedded and re-pointed so the field sheds water correctly.

Shingle Roof Repairs

Missing, curled and storm-lifted asphalt shingles replaced, nailing patterns corrected, and ridge caps re-secured for South Florida wind exposure.

Flashing, Boots & Penetrations

Chimney, wall, valley and skylight flashing plus plumbing vent boots — the most common leak sources on a Palm Beach County roof — resealed or replaced.

Flat & Low-Slope Patching

Modified bitumen and rolled roofing patched at blisters, seams and ponding areas on additions, porches and Florida rooms.

Storm & Wind Damage Repair

Post-storm inspection, temporary dry-in, debris removal and permanent repair, with clear photo documentation of what we found and what we fixed.

Fascia, Soffit & Gutter Work

Rotted fascia, sagging soffit panels and detached gutters repaired so roof runoff leaves the structure instead of sitting against it.

Preventive Roof Maintenance

Seasonal tune-ups before hurricane season: sealant checks, debris clearing, fastener tightening and a written condition summary.

FAQs

Service questions

Do you repair roofs, or only replace them?+

Repairs are the focus of this service. Many Palm Beach County leaks come from a handful of tiles, a failed vent boot or open flashing, and those are repairable. If an inspection shows the underlayment is at end of life, we say so plainly rather than selling a patch that will not hold.

How fast can someone get to my home?+

Scheduling is handled by our central dispatcher, so timing depends on live technician availability in your city. Active leaks are prioritized. The Assistant shows you the real status of your request — it never confirms a visit that has not been accepted.

Which roof types do you work on?+

Concrete and clay tile, architectural and three-tab asphalt shingle, metal panel details, and low-slope modified bitumen on additions and porches — the roof systems common across Palm Beach County housing stock.

Can you match my existing tile or shingle?+

We try to match profile and color from salvage and current stock. Discontinued tiles from older neighborhoods cannot always be matched exactly; when that happens we show you the closest option before installing anything.

My ceiling is stained but I don't see roof damage. Is it still a roof leak?+

Often yes — water can travel along battens, trusses or ductwork before it appears indoors. That is why we trace the path rather than repairing directly above the stain. It can also be an AC condensate or plumbing issue, and we will tell you if that is what we find.

Do you work after storms and hurricanes?+

Yes. After a named storm, demand across the county is high and windows get longer. We provide temporary dry-in where it is safe to do so and schedule the permanent repair afterward.

Do you handle permits and insurance paperwork?+

Permitting requirements depend on the municipality and the scope of the repair; we tell you up front whether your job needs one. We provide photo documentation and a written scope you can submit to your insurer, but we do not act as a public adjuster.

How do I book without filling out a form?+

Every Estimate, Book and Schedule button on this site opens our Assistant in a window right on the page. It takes your details and routes them to the same dispatcher who answers (305) 360-0342.
